This notice explains how personal data obtained through the quotation request form is processed under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Your name and surname (identity data), telephone number and email address (contact data), company name, city, sector and message content, selected product and quotation request details are collected electronically and by automated means through the website form. IP address, browser/device information, transaction date, submission outcome and technical records used to prevent abuse are processed for form security. Please do not include unnecessary personal data, special categories of personal data or third-party data that you are not authorised to disclose.
Identity, contact and request data are processed to evaluate your product/service needs, prepare a quotation and contact you about your request. Where you are a party to the prospective contract, processing necessary for quotation and pre-contractual steps relies on Article 5(2)(c), concerning processing directly necessary for establishing or performing a contract. Where you act as an employee or representative of a company, handling the request and related communication relies on Article 5(2)(f), the legitimate interest in evaluating business requests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
Technical security records are processed to protect the website and forms and prevent spam and abuse under Article 5(2)(f). Records necessary in a dispute are processed under Article 5(2)(e), concerning the establishment, exercise or protection of a right. Processing necessary to meet lawful requests from competent authorities relies on Article 5(2)(ç), concerning compliance with a legal obligation.
Data necessary to handle the request may be disclosed to website/database hosting and technical maintenance service providers, only to the extent required to deliver those services and protect system security. In the event of a lawful request or dispute, necessary information may be disclosed to competent public authorities and courts to fulfil the relevant obligation or protect rights. Disclosures are limited to the relevant processing conditions described above and applicable security measures under Article 8 of KVKK.
Personal data are retained for as long as necessary to evaluate and resolve the request and, where a relevant dispute or statutory retention obligation applies, for the period required by that obligation. When the grounds for processing cease to exist, data are deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with KVKK and applicable legislation.
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may learn whether your personal data are processed, request information about processing, learn its purpose and whether data are used accordingly, learn the third parties receiving data, request correction of incomplete/inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction when the conditions are met, request notification of these actions to recipients, object to an adverse result produced solely through automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
You may submit a written request to the address above with information identifying you and your request, or use the methods provided in the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Applications to the Data Controller. You may also contact info@alfasansogutma.com from an email address previously supplied to Alfasan and registered in its systems. Requests are concluded as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, depending on their nature.
