This notice has been prepared to inform you about the processing of personal data collected through the contact form in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Your first and last name, telephone number, email address, company/business name, city, industry information and the content of your message are collected and recorded electronically by automated means through the contact form on our website.
If you separately consent to the processing of your data for marketing purposes or to receiving commercial electronic communications, your consent and opt-out preferences, the dates of those preferences and the version of the relevant consent text are also recorded.
Please do not include personal data that is unnecessary for your request, special categories of personal data such as health information, or information about third parties that you are not authorised to share in the message field.
Handling contact requests: The information you provide in the form is processed to review your questions, feedback and requests, respond to you and follow up on the communication process. This processing is based on Alfasan’s legitimate interest in reviewing and responding to incoming requests under Article 5/2(f) of the KVKK, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not adversely affected.
Contractual matters: Personal data necessary to handle requests directly related to the formation or performance of a contract to which you are a party is processed under Article 5/2(c) of the KVKK.
Promotion and marketing: If you provide separate, voluntary explicit consent for this purpose, your first and last name and the contact details covered by your consent are processed under Article 5/1 of the KVKK to promote Alfasan’s products, services, campaigns and announcements. Commercial electronic communications are also sent in accordance with the consent and opt-out requirements of the applicable commercial communications legislation. Completing the contact form or acknowledging that you have read this privacy notice does not, by itself, constitute consent to promotional or advertising communications.
Consent records and legal matters: Consent and opt-out records are processed under Article 5/2(ç) of the KVKK to fulfil obligations arising from applicable legislation and, where necessary, under Article 5/2(e) for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right. Records necessary for disputes are processed under Article 5/2(e), while information necessary to comply with lawful requests from competent authorities is processed under Article 5/2(ç).
Your personal data may be transferred to relevant service providers to the extent necessary for website and database hosting, technical maintenance and support services.
When responding to your request by email or sending commercial electronic communications to which you have consented, the necessary contact information may be transferred to the relevant email and messaging service providers. Your commercial communications consent and opt-out information is transferred to the Turkish Message Management System (İYS) to the extent required by applicable legislation.
Information necessary to fulfil legal obligations or protect rights may be transferred to authorised public institutions and judicial authorities.
Transfers within Türkiye are carried out under Article 8 of the KVKK, based on the applicable processing conditions and limited to the data necessary for the transfer purpose.
Your personal data is retained for the period necessary to review and resolve your request. Where statutory retention obligations or circumstances requiring the protection of rights apply, the relevant records are retained only for the periods required for those purposes.
Personal data processed for marketing purposes is used for the period necessary for that purpose and for as long as your explicit consent remains valid. If you withdraw your consent or opt out of commercial communications, the relevant use and communications will cease in accordance with applicable legislation. Records documenting consent and opt-out actions may be retained to meet legal obligations and evidentiary requirements.
When the grounds for processing cease to exist, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the KVKK and applicable legislation.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may inquire whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is being used in accordance with that purpose; and learn the third parties to whom your data has been transferred within Türkiye or abroad.
You may request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, its deletion or destruction where the applicable conditions are met, and notification of these actions to third parties to whom the data has been transferred. You may object to a result arising against you through the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems and request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
You may submit your requests to our address above using the information and methods specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. You may also submit a request to info@alfasansogutma.com from an email address that you have previously provided to Alfasan and that is registered in our system.
Requests are generally handled free of charge, as soon as possible depending on their nature and, in any event, within 30 days. If the process entails an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
To withdraw your explicit consent for marketing or opt out of commercial electronic communications, you may contact us at info@alfasansogutma.com, use the opt-out methods provided in the communications you receive, or use the relevant İYS channels. Not providing promotional consent, or withdrawing consent previously given, does not prevent us from reviewing your contact request.
